Early Termination Charges. If the DSL Service listed below was installed less than 12 months ago, you will be assessed Early Termination Charges according to the following schedule:
- Single User (ADSL) - $200 or remainder of 12-month service contract, whichever is less.
- Multi User (IDSL and SDSL) - $500 or remainder of 12-month service contract, whichever is less.
Managed Option Customers Must Return their CPE to AT&T within one month of the disconnect date. Managed customers failing to return equipment will be charged for the full cost of the router or modem. For instructions on how to return AT&T-owned CPE, call DSL Customer Care at 1-877-XDSL-ATT.
