A few days after you place your order for AT&T DSL service, you will be contacted via e-mail or telephone to confirm your order, and you will be provided your:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Tracking Number
  • Telephone Number

Multiple IP IDSL, SDSL, and ADSL option orders will also receive:

  • IP Address (or IP Address Range)
  • Subnet Mask
  • Default Gateway
  • Router Address

Please retain this important information for your records. With your Order Number and the Telephone Number that you used to qualify your site, you can check your Order Status anytime.

NOTE to Multiple IP IDSL, SDSL, and ADSL Customers: If you require more than 5 IP addresses, be sure to complete the IP Justification Form with your Sales Representative. Provisioning of customers who desire more than 5 usable IP address (13 or 29) cannot begin until after this form has submitted and reviewed. AT&T has implemented this policy in accordance with ARIN (American Registry of Internet Numbers) rules and RFC 2050.
